For our current residents we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with
us more comfortable and rewarding. Use our website to submit any maintenance requests, pay your
rent, or just to drop us a line. We love to hear from our residents.

Maintenance Service Requests:
If you should require any maintenance in your apartment,
please do not hesitate to call our office at 207.370.6777!
A maintenance work order will be issued for your request and we will attend to the request ASAP!
We are open M-F 9-4, However, should you have an emergency situation after hours, there
is a maintenance person on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist you. If
there is an emergency Please call 207.370.6777, Dial #4 and
leave a message containing your full name, apartment address/ number, and a phone number to
be reached at.
Please note what constitutes as an emergency:
- No Heat ( if it is 65 degrees or below)
- No Hot Water
- Toilet not working (if you only have one toilet)
- No Electricity
- Major Leaks/Floods
- Lock Out
- Property Being Damaged

If paying by Money Order or check (NO cash Please),
please mail payment to P.O. box 412, Auburn, ME 04212.
Write the check or Money order to NRH of CM.
After your information is processed, you will be sent an email with directions to set up your online payments.
If paying online, you can access your account in the Tenant Portal
Here you will be able to track all your payments, balances and lease information. (If you did not set up online payments,
and would like to, please call our office at 207-370-6777 and we will send you the email link to do so.)

Any More Questions?
No smoking of any kind, including marijuana, is permitted inside of building. Smoking is
permitted outside and cigarette butts/ashes shall be placed in metal container (not
provided by NRH). Cigarette butts on the ground, on porches or anywhere else, other than
properly disposed of in metal containers, is considered a fire hazard and will be taken
No candles, incense or other burning devices allowed inside the apartment. Light bulb wax
melting devices are allowed, such as scentsy products.
Never remove or tamper with smoke and CO detectors. If they beep continuously, please
leave apartment and call us immediately. If they “chirp” ounce and minute, then they will
need a simple battery replacement.
No clutter, boxes, bikes or any other items are allowed in common hallways that are used
to exit or enter the building.
Tenants will perform reasonable housekeeping in their premises to maintain them in a
clean, neat, and sanitary condition.
No additional people, other than those who are listed on the lease, shall live in the

It is a responsibility to notify us immediately, at 207-241- 5018, if there is plumbing leaks,
plumbing issues, toilet issues or heating issues.
Washers and dryers are not permitted in apartment, unless it is agreed upon in the lease.
Any alternate sources of heat are not permitted in apartment. A few examples are, but not
limited to: electric heaters, K1 heaters, gas camping stoves and stove in the apartment.
Personal property insurance is your responsibility. Management and the owners are not
responsible for lost or stolen property or injury.
Trash and garbage (including recyclables) always shall be placed in the trash and recycle
containers provided by Landlord, and container lids, if any, must be kept tightly closed at all times.
Only human waste and toilet paper is permitted down the toilet.
INVOLVEMENT IN ANY ILLEGAL DRUG ACTIVITY WILL BE AUTOMATIC GROUNDS FOR
TERMINATION OF THIS LEASE/RENTAL AGREEMENT. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
