If you should require any maintenance in your apartment,

A maintenance work order will be issued for your request and we will attend to the request ASAP!
We are open M-F 9-4, However, should you have an emergency situation after hours, there
is a maintenance person on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist you. If
there is an emergency Please call 207.370.6777, Dial #4 and
leave a message containing your full name, apartment address/ number, and a phone number to
be reached at.
Please note what constitutes as an emergency:
For Fire or Police emergency, please call 911

If paying by Money Order or check (NO cash Please), please mail payment to P.O. box 412, Auburn, ME 04212. Write the check or Money order to NRH of CM.
After your information is processed, you will be sent an email with directions to set up your online payments. If paying online, you can access your account in the Tenant Portal Here you will be able to track all your payments, balances and lease information. (If you did not set up online payments, and would like to, please call our office at 207-370-6777 and we will send you the email link to do so.)
